There is also the chance of getting other skin problems such as skin cancer if you spend too long lying on the sun so it is best not to do it. Definitely don’t do it as an acne cure because it won’t work and could make the problems worse.

Acne is a difficult problem to deal with and it is made a lot harder by the fact that so many different people have different opinions about how to deal with it. That is why you should always visit your dermatologist who’ll be able to advise you on the best way to get rid of your acne in a scientifically proven way.
