What’s involved in the acne prevention diet? Some changes, big for some and small for other. But after you’ve done it, you’re skin will look amazing and you’ll never want to eat bad foods again.
I’m being totally serious here. Your body will physically stop wanting to eat anything bad and you’ll notice it every time you’re food shopping.
So what’s on the chopping block? Well, milk for one. The amount of steroids and antibiotics and who knows what else they shove into cows nowadays make our system go completely haywire.
Steroid and antibiotics aside, milk is also made to help a baby calf reach it’s full cow size in a matter of weeks. We just can’t breakdown something like that.
Vegetable oil, cooking oil, whatever you want to call it is out. This turns into pro-inflammatory hormones whenever someone eats it. Those hormones can cause a ton of breakouts in the near future.
Starches and other refined carbs like whote bread, pasta, and white rice are terrible for us. They all feed a bad bacteria known as candida which releases toxins once it gets into our blood streams. These toxins are great if you want more breakouts to occur, otherwise, we want to avoid that.
