Treating Your Acne at Home

2. Take some sandal wood and neem powder. Mix them with rose water and apply this solution before going to bed. Rinse it away at morning. This tip is a very effective home remedy for acne.

4. Apply a thick gel of Aloe Vera directly on the acne affected skin. Ice cubes made of this gel can also be a soothing treatment as Aloe Vera is among the great natural face cleansers.
5. Acne scars and acne can also be treated by using Almond oil.

During the course of these treatments, you should abstain from eating refined carbohydrates, french fries, junk food, and highly processed foods. Instead, eat blueberries, grapefruit, apples, peaches, spinach, carrots and other fiber rich foods which will help your body in the fight against acne.
