What Can You Expect From The Miracle Mineral Supplement?

Interestingly enough, when illness strikes or our health starts deteriorating, we usually fail to acknowledge the fact that it could be largely due to the fact that we either not eating as we should be or we’re eating the wrong foods. Studies have shown that a large percentage of the food we eat is not properly digested. Of course this could be caused by many things such as failing to chew food adequately or frequent over- indulging. Likewise, we may have inherited a problem, or we may not be getting sufficient vitamins and minerals in our current diet. Even when we eat too much of a certain type of food, it can contribute significantly to the problem. Furthermore, one also needs to bear in mind that even emotional problems can be responsible for a breakdown in our wellbeing.

One of the leading causes of ill health is poor digestion. When food is not broken down sufficiently it results in a substantial growth of harmful bacteria in the small intestine, and this in turn results in putrefaction in the large colon. One should bear in mind that the body’s immune system is to a large extent driven from the small intestine with the appendix being part of the equation. In medical terms this is referred to as, “GALT” (Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissue). Of course, before serious illness sets in, there will be an ongoing battle between the harmful bacteria and the immune system and while this is taking place, severe inflammation will occur.

Because this undesirable activity starts at quite an early stage in your life, if you’re susceptible, you’ll soon start experiencing digestive disorders as well as intestinal problems. Alarmingly enough, these disorders can lead to gut permeability at a relatively early age, thus resulting in various allergies and auto immune problems as proteins which have not being digested properly, are allowed to pass unchecked into the bloodstream. Unless you take action, gut permeability will more often than not end up causing conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammation driven conditions.

Because over-stimulated bowels during your childhood years often results in chronic constipation as you age, hard crust like deposits tend to accumulate on the bowel lining; a condition known as diverticulitis.

Essentially, when you neglect your bowel continuously for many years, harmful byproducts are then able to enter the bloodstream through the weakened barrier. When this happens, the liver, the heart, and the brain will be the first to suffer and it will happen in that particular order. The most common symptoms experienced are: irregular heartbeat, lack of concentration, frequent and chronic headaches. In fact, one should not be surprised if one encounters total liver failure.

As far as the bowel is concerned, let’s compare it to a sewerage system. When such a system is not working properly, waste matter will soon start spewing out onto the streets and of course, this will soon result in widespread disease. The same applies to your bowel. When it’s not functioning as it should be, waste soon builds up and illness follows.

The good news is, a diet which consists mainly of raw foods can help to correct the problem overtime essentially because such a diet provide your body with an adequate amount of fiber. Adding a tablespoon or more of ground linseed to each meal can help tremendously. Ideally one should aim to have at least one bowel movement each day in order to prevent toxins from becoming a problem.

In addition to paying attention to the foods we eat, there is also a supplement called MMS. This supplement becomes a powerful anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic and anti-fungal compound once activated.

In order to avoid these diseases which are becoming increasingly common, you need to pay attention to your eating habits, you need to chew your food, and of course you need to relax.
