A Good Life Contains Three Basic Things
Many of us tend to neglect our health and find it boring to adhere to discipline and exercising. But then you will be surprised to know that you can make it interesting to apply the below mentioned tips to your life and watch the changes it brings.
Take these small three steps and watch how your health improves.
1. Sunlight and sunbath: Sunbaths are the best cure for depression and to life up your moods. They are good for your body too for they provide vitamin D and work on pineal glands.
A few minutes of sunbathing every day is good to enjoy immunity from cold, chest congestion and other infections too. Always make sure your home is bright and sunny.
2. Drinking plenty of Water helps keep your body hydrated and working at optimum level. Doctors advise everybody to drink at least three liters of water every day.
Body depends upon water to clear out the waste that it generates while breaking down the food. If this waste is not flushed out, it can turn toxic and affect the mind as well as cause sluggishness and tiredness. Therefore drinking plenty of water helps clean the system of toxins.
3. Meditation is an art that requires daily practice and can give relief from stress and anxiety. Besides it gives you a sense of well-being, calm and peace. Mediation is good for your body health and cure for blood pressure etc.
For those who are just unable to sit still and practice meditation, it is advisable to at least spend half an hour by themselves in silence and shut out the outside world. You can introspect or chat something, prey or even listen to some soft music and find the peace and calm claiming your body and mind.
These basic guidelines are designed to help you get started with basic minimum steps that do not call for any grate amount of effort from your end. All you need to do is to spend a few minutes without fail every day and soon enough you will get addicted to these disciplines and start asking for more.
