He will feel excited to begin his activities that he will even sing a pop song or whistle a familiar tune along the way. In addition, he will find time to have a round of drink with his friends before driving home to his waiting bed. Those who are intellectually stimulated may even stop by a library to borrow a book or two in order to read before sleeping at night.

This will affect the way you deal with your fellow office workers. If you do not improve your level of health and this pattern continues, you might end up alienating yourself.
