However, fava beans and laxatives can do the same thing. So if you have used a laxative or eaten fava beans, then do not worry about brown urine.

If you do not drink enough fluids, you get dehydrated and your urine is yellow. Yellow urine is a symptom of dehydration. So is a feeling of being bloated or swollen. If you experience these, then you need to increase your intake of water and fluids.
