Your General State Of Health and Hair Loss
Does your health affect hair loss? Of course it does. There are so many different causes of hair loss though it may be hard to figure out why you have it. People who don’t eat well are possibly going to suffer from hair loss, because the body isn’t getting the right nutrients.
There are much better ways you can use to lose weight without suffering from hair loss. So why not change your diet around and make sure that you get what you need to eat. But there are also other causes to hair loss that can be linked to your health too, not just the way you eat.
When you suffer from excessive hair loss you no doubt only want to have it grow back, and as a result you may not focus on what is causing the problem. But to really get past the hair loss you need to find out why you are suffering from it. That is the only way to really get the right treatment for your problems.
Another thing that has been found to be a cause of hair loss in women is PCOS. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a cause of many other problems too, but some women notice a severe case of hair loss. You may need to go to the doctor and see what can be done to help.
Hormone problems will lead to hair loss too. Too much DHT being produced may lead to the hair not growing as it should. Since you already lose approximately 100 hairs each day, when new hair isn’t growing you’re going to see hair thinning. Medicines or herbs can be taken to help out with this problem.
Yet stress is another cause of hair loss. There are many stressful situations that people face each day. You will need to analyze the underlying cause of your stress. Then figure out a way to live with less stress and you should be able to minimize the hair loss problem and enjoy seeing new hair growing.
There can be more serious causes of hair loss too. So if you’ve noticed health and hair loss problems you need to check out with your doctor. Make sure that you are not facing a more serious disease that is displaying itself by having your hair fall out. Some examples are lupus, and diabetes. So you can see why it can be important if you’re not sure why you are losing your hair to see a doctor.
Remember that your health comes first.
